# Request Logs Need Additional Usage Logs From olilz helper? Request Them here! In Accordance with our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy), we log data for certain actions that take place inside of olilz helper, such as the executer of the action.\
## Requesting Logs Most actions in olilz helper will give you an interaction ID number/string which can be used as a refrence when requesting help. To request logs please use the /requestlogs command in olilz helper
Once using the command, you can choose: * Request logs during x time * Request logs using an id number
When clicking the button, you will have to fill out a form so we know what kind of information you are looking for. {% hint style="info" %} This information will only be provided to a admin in the server (administrator permissions) or the server owner. {% endhint %} When your request is submitted, you will recieve a message back with the information Requested if you are authenticated to recieve them with details about the event. With this command you can set the channel that the counting module takes place ### Usage
The counting channel starts at "0" and after this, keep counting up to your hearts content! a ✅ emoji means your count was accepted as ther next number. Your message will be deleted if it is not correct and a error message will be sent. E.G ![](/files/aKzwC2D5DCNPWIFUS4OX) Some common reasons for message deletion: * Your message contained the wrong count or contained a decimal * Your message mentioned a user * Your message contained dissalowed words/characters * You counted 2x in a row ### Modes {% hint style="info" %} Experimental Feature {% endhint %} Our counting module also has different modes for different purposes, so the counting channel functions as you want it to #### Messages There are two modes: Count In Message Must Be Exact - Only a message containing the correct count will be accepted Message Must Contain The Next Count - The message must contain the correct next number at the start, but can contain a message after. #### Processing There are two modes: User Messages - Messages are validated, and reacted with a ✅ if correct but there is a risk of users editing messages after. Webhook - When a user counts correctly, their message is replaced with a webhook, preventing message editing. ### Disable Disable this plugin by using `/counting-manage` and setting the `disablemodule` paramater to `TRUE`
# Moderation {% hint style="info" %} Note: This module needs to be configured before being enabled {% endhint %} This module allows moderators to issue punishments to server members! ## How it works * This module is a central hub for moderators to use * This means that moderators can only take out certain moderation actions, without the need to have external permissions - which could be used wrongfully * Moderators can not take action on anyone above or equal to their role or bots, and depending on their role can only take certain actions ## Permission Chart

## Commands ### Set-Up {% hint style="info" %} Prior to setup, please create 3 seperate roles which will be used for permission scaling, as shown in the above chart {% endhint %} set up the moderation module using the `/moderation-setup` command! {% hint style="info" %} you must have administrator permissions to use the /moderation-setup command {% endhint %} With this command you can set the required roles to be able to use moderation, and what they can access.
once running the command with your selected roles, you will get a message back to show your edits. After your first time using the module, you will always get a warning before overriding your current settings.
### Usage This module is all used within the `/moderation_dashboard` command. This command is a hub for dealing with moderation actions. Depending on the users role, and what you have configured above. The moderating user will see different options

If a user is above or equal to their permission level, they will see limited actions:

From this pannel, moderators can undergo different actions. ## Options ### Warnings When selecting warnings, a submenu will appear below for the moderator

There are 4 options List warning - Lists the selected users current warnings Add Warning - Adds a new warning for the user Remove Warning - Removes a warning for the user Remove all warnings - Removes all of this users Current Warnings ### Timeout This will time out a user and remove their `expression permissions` (send messages, join vcs...) for the specified amount of time #### Options Duration - The duration in seconds of the timeout Reason - The reason (that is shared with the user) for the timeout ### Server Ban This function temporaily takes away a users ability to see member channels, but allows them to only see read-only channels. When selecting this option, you will have 2 fields: Duration - The duration in seconds of the server ban Reason - The reason (that is shared with the user) for the server ban Once done, the user will then be granted the server ban role, which takes away their permissions. ### User info This returns various pieces of information about a user about their discord account (i.e when they joined the server) and provides a moderation view (BETA) for the user.![](/files/wZwLFoxGGY7d1TvFFgLb) ### Kick {% hint style="info" %} This is only avalible to managing moderators and admins {% endhint %} This kicks the specified user from the server **Options** Reason - The reason (that is shared with the user) for the kick ### Ban {% hint style="info" %} This is only avalible to admins {% endhint %} This bans the specified user from the server **Options** Reason - The reason (that is shared with the user) for the ban ## Disable Disable this plugin by using `/moderation-disable` command and agreeing to the confirmation pop-up This will disable all commands accociated with the module, remove all role data. But, will keep warning data.

# Joins And Leaves This plugin allows you to track who joins and leaves your server, showing you information about them. ### Enabling The Plugin To enable the plugin, use **/utility joinsleaves** , select the plugin to be enabled, and enter a channel of your choice. * You need either manage server or administrator to use this command Example /utility joinsleaves enabled:true channel:#joins-and-leaves
If you ever wish to disable the plugin, run the same command, and change the enabled parameter to FALSE ### How does it look?
Once a user leaves or joins your server, this embed will be sent to the channel, providing some information on the user. {% hint style="info" %} More information will be avalible in a future update, including how many times they have joined your server before. {% endhint %} The embed also features 2 buttons: **Look Up User**: Redirects to discordlookup.com to their user look up page. This system allows users to submit a fortnite creative map for playtesting. (26/1/25)\ we provided clarity on "how we use your data" {% endhint %} By using olilz helper, and continuing to use our services, you agree to the terms of service, and accept our privacy policy. ## How we use your data 1\) Information We Collect We collect data, so our bot can function efficiently as possible. * **User Data:** We collect user data such as Discord user IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs to provide bot functionalities. * **Message Content:** Some commands may require us to process message content. This data is only used in command processing, where requested by the user and is not stored permanently. * **Server Data:** We may collect information about your Discord server to provide configuration settings and personalised features (see the [dashboard ](https://olilzhelper.olilz.xyz)for more info) * **Voice Channel Data**: We may gather the duration of how long you have been in a voice call to provide services. Under no circumstances, will we collect data related to voice, or channel discussion. Olilz helper by default joins the channel deafened, so cannot hear any conversations. We only collect data that is necessary to provide the services offered by Olilz Helper, and all data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Data we collect is stored in our database from BotGhost. Avalibility We aim to have olilz helper online 24/7, however we cannot guarantee this. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. This may also include network errors or downtime of third party api's, that cause our bot not to function correctly. We are not responsible for loss or inconvenience that may occur during this time. We will act as quick as possible to restore our services. Olilz Helper is provided to the user, without any waranties, such as the bot being free from errors/bugs. User Generated content Any content generated by users while interacting with Olilz Helper, including but not limited to messages, commands, and media, must comply with these Terms and Discord's Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate. We are not responsible for monitoring user-generated content, but we may act upon reports of abuse or misuse.
