Olilz Helpers Terms of use.
Thank you for using Olilz Helper! We take your privacy seriously and are committed providing a service you love. The Terms of use outlines, the terms all individuals users interacting/using the bot agree to be bound by.
Our Rights
By using olilz helper, or by adding the bot to your discord server and or discord account, you accept the terms of use.
Olilz Helper has the right to update any policies at any time, we will post in the support server when our terms/privacy policy has been updated.
Olilz Helper has the right to "process" messages sent in servers for bot functions and store these messages in logs. i.e automod/logging
We remain to have the right to block a user from our services if we feel the Terms Of Service has been broken, or if they reject any policies.
You also agree to Botghosts Terms of service as our bot is currently managed and hosted by them.

Continued Use
By inviting Olilz Helper to your Discord Server, or using our services, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms of use.
Services
Olilz Helper provides Discord server management and utility features, such as moderation tools, automated messages, utility commands, entertainment, and more. These features are offered "as-is" basis, and are subject to updates and changes at any time. We strive to continuously improve Olilz Helper and add new features that enhance user experience, but we do not guarantee that any specific feature or functionality will always be available, or be added in the future. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or enhance these features without prior notice.
User obligations
By using olilz helper you agree:
I) Age Requirement: You agree your are at least 13 years old. By using Olilz Helper, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you understand and accept the responsibilities of managing a Discord server, as per Discords terms of service.
II) Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and rules in connection with your use of Olilz Helper. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Olilz Helper is compliant with applicable laws, including but not limited to those concerning privacy, intellectual property, and online conduct.
III) Appropriate Usage: You must not use Olilz Helper in a way that may cause harm, or harassment to other users. You must also not use the bot for spamming, malicious behavior, or to distribute illegal content. Misuse of the bot, such as exploiting vulnerabilities or bypassing restrictions, will result in termination of access.
Data Collection
As per our Privacy Policy , olilz helper may collect data that is necessary to provide our servies, this includes, but not limited to:
Discord User/Channel/Server/Guild/Command ID's
Message contents
No personal data regarding you as a user, is shared with any third parties, except where required by law enforcement. Third Party services, such as botghost, may be used to provide you a service, however, no personal data will be shared with these vendors. Logs of Actions are stored, any logs we collect are stored securely, and only olilz helper managment have access to these.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, suspend any feature at any given time, without prior notices. In addition, we may add new features to the bot, to improve functionality. We also reserve the right to modify how an existing feature works, which may result in limitations. We will inform users of most changes in the support server.
Avalibility
We aim to have olilz helper online 24/7, however we cannot guarantee this. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. This may also include network errors or downtime of third party api's, that cause our bot not to function correctly. We are not responsible for loss or inconvenience that may occur during this time. We will act as quick as possible to restore our services.
Olilz Helper is provided to the user, without any waranties, such as the bot being free from errors/bugs. You use our service at your own risk.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olilz Helper and its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, server disruption, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of Olilz Helper. We are not responsible for any damages arising from delays, bugs, or service interruptions.
Olilz Helper shall not be liable for any third-party conduct or content, including but not limited to actions taken by other Discord users, server members, or external service providers. In no event shall the liability of Olilz Helper exceed the total amount paid by the user, if any, for using Olilz Helper.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate, or suspend access to Olilz Helper at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms and conditions. You reserve the right at any time to remove olilz helper from your discord server, to opt out of these terms and conditions. Although olilz helper is mainly a free bot, there may be special circumstances where money is required for use. Depending on the circumstance, you may be entitiled to a refund, however, you accept refunds are not guaranteed.
User Generated content
Any content generated by users while interacting with Olilz Helper, including but not limited to messages, commands, and media, must comply with these Terms and Discord's Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate. We are not responsible for monitoring user-generated content, but we may act upon reports of abuse or misuse.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all user-generated content is lawful and does not infringe on the rights of others. Any content deemed in violation of these Terms may be deleted without warning, and repeated violations may lead to restriction of access to Olilz Helper.
Intellectual Property
All branding, content, and features are owned by us, and are protected by applicable copyright/ other applicable intellectual property laws. You may use our branding to promote our bot, however you may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of olilz helpers branding with the intent to impersonate us or to create a competing service. You may not use our services to create a competing service.
Where possible, we have given credit to users and services we use, if this is not the case, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take action straight away to resolve the issue.
Third Party Services
Olilz Helper may interact with third-party services or APIs to provide certain features. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. By using Olilz Helper, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damages or losses caused by your use of such third-party services. Please see our Acknowledgements page for services we use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olilz Helper, its developers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of Olilz Helper, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity. This includes claims arising from content you submit, post, transmit, or make available through Olilz Helper.
If any third-party claims arise as a result of your use of Olilz Helper, you agree to cooperate fully in the defense of such claims and to bear any related costs or liabilities.
