By using olilz helper, and continuing to use our services, you agree to the terms of service, and accept our privacy policy.

## How we use your data

1\) Information We Collect

We collect data, so our bot can function efficiently as possible.

* **User Data:** We collect user data such as Discord user IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs to provide bot functionalities.
* **Message Content:** Some commands may require us to process message content. This data is only used in command processing, where requested by the user and is not stored permanently.
* **Server Data:** We may collect information about your Discord server to provide configuration settings and personalised features (see the [dashboard ](https://olilzhelper.olilz.xyz)for more info)
* **Voice Channel Data**: We may gather the duration of how long you have been in a voice call to provide services. Under no circumstances, will we collect data related to voice, or channel discussion. Olilz helper by default joins the channel deafened, so cannot hear any conversations.

We only collect data that is necessary to provide the services offered by Olilz Helper, and all data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Data we collect is stored in our database from BotGhost. See their [privacy policy](https://botghost.com/privacy-policy) and [security policy](https://botghost.com/security) for more information on how this works.

2\) How We Use Your Data

1. **To Provide you a service:** Data is used to ensure Olilz Helper functions properly, to respond to user requests, and to enhance bot functionality.
2. **Diagnostics and Analytics:** We may use data for diagnostic/analytical purposes, so we can improve our services.
3. **Support:** If you contact us for support, we may use your data to help us help you.

3\) Data Retention

In accordance with GDPR, data collected is only stored for as long as it is required to provide this service.&#x20;

4\) Data Sharring

No personal data regarding you as a user, is shared with any third parties, except where required by law enforcement. Third Party services, such as botghost, may be used to provide you a service, however, no personal data will be shared with these vendors. Logs of Actions are stored, any logs we collect are stored securely, and only olilz helper managment have access to these.&#x20;

5\) Children

Olilz Helper is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. Under no circumstances, will we intentionally collect personal data from children under 13. If we are notified, or become aware that this is not the case, we will take immediate action to delete this. You can notify us at `olilz@olilz.xyz` if you believe we could have data of children under 13 years of age.

6\) User Rights

As per GDPR, you have the right to:

1. **Access Your Data:** Request information about the data we hold about you.
2. **Delete Your Data:** Request the deletion of your data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
3. **Restrict Processing:** Object to or request the restriction of certain processing activities.

If you wish to excersise this right, please email <olilz@olilz.xyz> , with the following information

* What you wish to access
* How You want us to respond with your data/ any actions you want us to take
* Your Discord user ID

7\) Changes to the privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy at any time, without notice. Therefore, we recommend that you check this page regularly for changes to our policy. We will also post an alert to the support server when the privacy policy has been updated.

If you wish to opt out, please send an email to `olilz@olilz.xyz` , however, this may suspend some access to olilz helper, until you wish to opt-in again.
